Unfortunately J&k government has no vision to tackle the growing road accidents. What we immediately need:
1. Privatisation of vehicle driving Licensing.
2. At least 10 hour compulsory training
program for issuance of driving licence.
3. Vehicle fitness certificates from vehicle dealers/manufacturers on yearly basis.
